Senior IT Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for a number of existing Client accounts ensuring their needs are met
- Ensure Radius services team deliver best in class service to existing client accounts
- Provide Client side consulting and present Radius Technologies products/services offering to existing clients
- Working with the Marketing team to identify opportunities and respond to inbound sales enquiries
- Designing, sourcing and presenting Technical solutions and best fit Technology to meet client changing Business requirements
- Research opportunities in the marketplace for new products and services and potential partners, associations, etc.
- Work with internal departments including Sourcing, Technical, Cyber Security and Telecoms to meet customers’ evolving requirements
- Achieve Sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the ICT / Technology sector (3 years for the inside sales position)
- 3rd level degree qualified in a Technical discipline and experience in Cloud / Network Solutions and Managed services consulting
- Experience in SME B2B consulting and account management, at a C suite level
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills

Technology Purchasing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
- Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
- Maintain records of goods ordered/received.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications in conjunction with the technical team.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.

Requirements:

Field Service Engineer Level 2 (Cork)
Key Responsibilities
- Install, support, and replace end-user devices, Laptops / PCs, printers
- Configuring office 365 and setting up new office 365 email accounts
- Work with Purchasing department to ensure parts and equipment are ordered to meet the installation specification
- Troubleshoot on-site Hardware including Broadband connections
- Carry out cable troubleshooting and comms cabinet tidy on customer sites.
- Configure and allow remote access for level 2 and Level 3 remote engineers to assist with Installs
- Assist with Troubleshooting Networks, servers, and Security devices
- Carry out the job as directed, liaise with the client on completion and confirm if there is anything else required on-site, ensuring 100% satisfaction from the client during the installation.
- Strive to complete all tasks within the time allocated on the Installation specification
- Updating our ticketing system with all times, comments, and configurations
- Take responsibility for determining and satisfying the needs of your internal and external customers, ensuring total customer satisfaction at all times.
Requirements
- Full clean driving License:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in deskside IT/field service IT
- Excellent attention to detail, timekeeping and Customer service skills
- Hunger to learn and progress in ICT field (training/course provided)
- Experience and knowledge with the following – Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory, Network Printers and OS Troubleshooting, Broadband Troubleshooting, PC/LAN/Entry Level Server.

Service Delivery Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Set and achieve KPIs/objectives targets for key deliverables e.g., SLA %, Aged Tickets, dropped calls, utilisation, etc.
- Develop current systems (RRM Tool/IT Glue/etc.) and recommend/introduce new systems that will improve efficiencies, performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage projects on time, within budget and to the customer's satisfaction
- Staffing management – including training, development, appraisals, hiring etc. Ensure adequate and capable resources are in place to meet the needs of the business
- Manage and resolve customer complaints on service delivery, recording and reporting root causes and corrective and preventive action
- Measure client satisfaction via customer surveys and address any issues or suggestions for improvements
- Procedures/Standardisation – ensure service delivery is executed to agreed standards/procedures/policies
- Generate ideas for improvements aimed at enhancing performance and effectiveness at company, team and personal levels
- Ensure all the functions/tasking/teams operate within the company's commercial targets

Remote Install/Support Engineer L2
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients,
- Log, track and resolve issues in line with SLAs
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience resolving a wide range of technical issues relating to Office PCs and server operating systems, Office 365 email, Printers, Network Software, Backup devices, internet connections etc.)
- Diagnose and resolve Network related technical problems with clients' Broadband connections and end-user networking environments
- Experience working and troubleshooting in a Hyper-V, Group Policy & DNS
- AV solutions – Malware, encryption software installation and troubleshooting, particularly Eset
- Backup Solutions – experience particularly with Ahsay, Unitrends, Veeam
- Ability to learn quickly on the job and present a positive and professional manner at all times
- Remain at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Third-level Technical qualification preferred, or alternative,
- Microsoft MCP, CISCO CCNA, or CompTIA A+ Networking qualification
- Min of 2 years IT support experience in a similar role
- Excellent technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- A strong customer-focused communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Candidates must also be proactive, self-motivated and capable of working without close supervision in a busy team-based environment.
Financial Controller
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts function for Radius Holdings and its constituent companies
- Production of monthly management accounts, variance analysis versus budget, gross margin analysis, etc.
- Prepare annual budgets for the Group, broken down by company/department
- Manage the accounts receivable and payables functions
- Ensure finance systems are robust, efficient/streamlined, compliant and support current and future activities.
- Liaise with external agencies on all financial entities, including external auditors and banks.
- Provide input in reducing overheads, increasing gross margin, improved utilization within the engineering teams by working closely with Technical, Marketing and Sales directors
- Manage the financial integration of future third-party accusations
- Manage the finance team including recruitment, real-time reviews, KPIs, training and development
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with 5 years plus experience
- Excellent IT skills including Excel and Sage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines/KPIs
- Effective team management skills
- Self-starter, problem solver with an ambition to succeed
This is a senior management position with the autonomy to manage the accounts department with a number of direct reports. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and will not be a barrier for the right candidate.
