Office Admin Assistant
A1 Tools and Supplies currently has a vacancy for an Office Admin Assistant to join its Cork Road based team.
Qualifications:
3rd Level Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting preferred.
Experience in use of XLine or any ERP software would be an advantage.
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite to include Outlook, Word & Excel.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills with the ability to work well as part of a team and on own initiative.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities to include:
Reconciliations of banks, debtors & creditors
Invoice management on Intact Xline Software (purchases & sales)
Credit control
Processing of bank payments
Cash processing, reconciliations & transfers to clients
General office duties to include answering of phone, dealing with any customer & suppliers queries and day to day office duties.
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, however full training will be given.
Monday – Friday (3-5 days per week flexible on full days or half days)
