The Annual Solas Run and Walk for life takes place again in Lismore on Sunday October 13th.
This 5k route will commence and end at Maurice Dunnes Motors Mayfield Road (by kind permission).
This walk led by Mary Dalton and the Lismore Walkers, encourages as many as possible to take part in this family fun event in aid of a cause that touch the hearts of many.
Donation buckets will be available on the day, as well as being in Beechers Centra on the Friday 11th and Saturday 12th by kind permission of James Beecher and Eoin O Donoghue.
