The Dungarvan Agricultural Show Returns For The 104th Year
Did you know that….Dungarvan Show is one of the longest-running shows in the country! This year will mark the 104th year of the show. Dungarvan Agricultural Show is a traditional show set on almost 90 acres. When the Show was first staged in 1917 the mission was that local producers would be given a platform to display their stock and their homegrown produce. Over 100 years later Dungarvan Show hosts exhibitors from all over Ireland.
This Years Show
This year's show promises a family fun day with activities to suit every age and interest. With Livestock, Horse and Pony competitions, Amusements, dog shows, and more. Paying homage to the show's roots, there will be plenty of home industries and local produce to admire. With baked goods, crafts, and artisan stalls.
The Waterford Truck Show returns this year, promising a display of trucks, plus there will be a tractor-pulling event.
