Waterford Youth Arts Show Will Go Live Tonight

Waterford Youth Arts Show Will Go Live Tonight
Waterford Youth Arts' latest production, 'Stolen Time', written by Waterford playwright Martina Collender and directed by Liam Meagher, will be broadcast live online tonight after being moved to virtual due to covid-19.
The play was due to take place outdoors in Wyse Park this week. However due to the latest restrictions on public gatherings that had to be cancelled.
The group were down and not out and are performing the show live tonight, with live streaming available on Youtube at 9pm.
Ollie Breslin from Waterford Youth Arts says:
"The whole project has been an exercise in resilience - we went from Garter Lane to Wyse Park and back to Garter Lane following the changes in Covid Protocols. It is important that the young people get closure to the whole experience and they have worked very hard over the last 5 weeks to make it happen. Special thanks to the crew for their flexibility and good humour. And special thanks to Martina who wrote this play for an outdoor showing in 6 weeks."
