Waterford musician Moncrieff will perform tonight as part of the Hot Press celebrations of Van Morrisons 75th Birthday.
It's part of a month long event to celebrate the milestone birthday of one of Ireland's most iconic singer/songwriters.
Each night in August on the Hot Press Youtube channel different musicians (and even President Michael D Higgins) have performed a cover version of their favourite Van Morrison song, and tonight it is the turn of Waterford's Moncrieff.
He will perform a version of Van's song Hungry For Your Love from the 1978 album Wavelength.

Moncrieff has been making waves in the music industry since moving to London a number of years ago and is flying high with his current release, PlayLoud.
We are looking forward to hearing his version of this beautiful Van song.
Moncrieff's performance of 'Hungry For Your Love' (7pm Irish Standard Time) and Loah's performance of 'If I Ever Needed Someone' (8pm) premiere tonight, August 25, on the Hot Press YouTube channel.
