Waterford Warriors strength and conditioning gym is hosting a 24 hour row in aid of the WLR Christmas Appeal for the Saint Vincent de Paul in Waterford. 10 rowing machines will each be in action for 24 consecutive hours from 10am on Friday 8th December to 10am on Saturday 9th December. Each rower will be manned by a team of approximately 24 people, who will each row an average of 60 minutes.

In advance of the event, which aims to raise €20,000 for the WLR Christmas Appeal in aid of the Saint Vincent de Paul in Waterford, Waterford Warriors' Gary Walsh came in to chat to Teresanne on The Drive Home.
