Former Thin Lizzy manager says An Post got anniversary wrong

An Post have this week released two new stamps to mark the 50th anniversary of the iconic band forming in Dublin. However the bands former manager Terry O Neil told the Irish Independent that he had contacted An Post to tell them that the anniversary would not take place until next year.

He told the paper that "they behaved like Boris Johnson or Donald Trump and steamrolled ahead without trying to rectify this."

The stamps were launched by Thin Lizzy front-man Phil Lynott's ex-wife Caroline and his 2 daughters Sarah and Cathleen.
