"RE: Horses at 2071 Cockshutt Road, Waterford, Ontario, Canada.Thank you to all the people that have contacted us over the past weekend and still continue to message us using various messaging platforms regarding the horse issue at 2071 Cockshutt Road, Waterford, Ontario, Canada.
We are well aware of what is going on at this premises due to the large number of messages sent to us from not only Canada but also London, however we are a rescue based in Waterford, Ireland. We are unable to act on a case that happens in another country.
While this does seem to be a horrific case of animal abuse and we have seen the pictures and video to prove it, we understand how this must be distressing to anyone that had to see what was going on at the site while local law enforcement seemed to be powerless to act.
We found a few emails and messages on our answering machine regarding this issue this morning and all the people that rang our office had to look up our address to find out the international dialing code to reach us as our international number is not printed on our website or Facebook page, how did you not realize we are not in Canada?
A lot of people used our newly launched web form to make a report about the horses. FUN FACT!!! It seems that our web form has now been used to report almost as much cruelty in Canada as in our local area in Ireland so c'mon Irish people get reporting, we are hearing almost as much from the far side of the pond as from here and you are our eyes and ears, we also take reports from outside our area and will pass them to the local authorities, the link to our web form to report any cruelty is below.

In other news, there was joy for a local family (in Waterford, Ireland) as their much loved pup, Harley, a 15 month old Rhodesian ridgeback, who was missing in the Comeragh Mountains, returned to his owners after a 9 day long search.
You can also listen back to Harley's owner, Simon Power from Tramore, telling Mary and Ollie how he found Harley.
