On todays show Damien takes a trip to Tramore to experience how the seaside town is opening up for business and visitors once again. He speaks to Catherine Keighrey from Redlane Boutique as well as staff and customers of Moe's cafe.

Waterford City and County Council has put together an economic recovery plan to help businesses recover from Covid-19.  Reporter Eoghan Dalton speaks to Aoife Fitzgerlad and Michael Garland from the Waterford Business Group as well as Cllr Damien Geoghegan and the councils economic director Michael Quinn.

Hotels are due to re-open at the end of the month. Damien speaks to the manager of The Park Hotel in Dungarvan about their preparations. We feature another of the nominees in the search for Waterford's Greatest Sporting Hero, today Phil Fanning speaks about John Keane who won an All Ireland medal in 1948 and was a selector when the team won again in 1959.

Grain and Darren Collins from Beatha Bakery have been selling to customers in carparks across Waterford during the lockdown to keep the business going. They speak to Damien about their product.
