1. Taoiseach suggests phased exit from Level 5 curbs in time for Christmas
Ireland may take a staged approach to removing Level 5 restrictions from December 1st, with the aim of a further easing in the run up to Christmas to allow families to celebrate in a “meaningful way”, Taoiseach Micheál Martin has said.
2. Justice Minister unveils new Waterford pilot project

3. Waterford Council receives €9.7m in commercial rates rebate
The local authority in Waterford has received a 100% rebate of commercial rates not collected this year due to Covid-19. The funding from the Department of Housing and Local Government is worth 9.7 million euro to Waterford Council.
4. Mohamed Salah tests positive for Covid-19
Premier League champions Liverpool have suffered another blow after the Egyptian Football Association confirmed striker Mohamed Salah had tested positive for coronavirus.
5. Friends reunion to start filming in March 2021
Its been a long time coming but today Friends actor Matthew Perry announced on Twitter that the Friends reunion will finally start filming next March.

This morning on The Big Breakfast Blaa Ollie & Mary launched the search for Waterford's favourite Christmas song. The first song of the festive season will be played on their show on Friday 20th November at 8:30am, but what will it be?? Mariah Carey "All I Want for Christmas" is always in with a good shout.
