No clusters of Coronavirus in Waterford nursing homes - Deise Today Tuesday 7th April

On today's Deise Today, host Damien Tiernan hears from the manager of Killure Bridge Nursing Home, Mary Burke who has been in touch with other facilities across the county and says that we do not have any clusters of Covid-19 in the nursing homes in Waterford. This comes as the HSE announce there are 99 such clusters in nursing homes across the country.

Damien also addresses the issues that home carers have during this time. He speaks to Catherine Cox, head of communications with Family Carers Ireland and Deirdre Daniels who cares for her 91 year old mother.

Maevis Kelly has details of the Meals on Wheels service in Lady Lane, and Tramore resident Niamh Owens speaks of the issues they re having with the Eir service in Mountfield Estate.
