Damien and the Deise team are on the road as they head to Mulligans Pharmacy in Tramore for an outside broadcast, meeting local business owners and sampling local fare.

In the first hour of the show Damien speaks to staff members at Mulligans, as well as brothers Ronan and Niall Mulligan, about 60 years of the family business and the challenges and benefits they have encountered.

Also joining them in the store is Claire Williams, from Bia and Brew Cafe, who are launching a new keep-cup initiative, Rashinda from Olive's Cafe, and Conor & Sarah from Seagull Bakery who celebrate 3 massively successful years on main street in Tramore this month.

There is also live music from Ard Scoil Na Mara. Students from the school also speak to Damien about campaigns they are involved in tackling homlessness, mental health issues and how to reduce the use of plastics.

In the second part of the programme Damien speaks to various local sporting groups including members of Tramore Rugby club. He also could not make a visit to Tramore without talking to some surfers. Henry Moore and other members of T-Bay Surfing club  talk about 50 years of the sport in the town; Mary & Tom from Waterford Surf Lifesaving speak about their recent successes and local Cllr Lola O Sullivan, Chair of Irish Water Safety, talks about Man O'War jellyfish problems.

Finally David O Neill from the local St Vincent De Paul & Lynda Lawton from Tramore Chamber of commerce, look ahead to Christmas.
