Former LA Times food editor Russ Parsons on why he loves Waterford

Food critic Russ Parsons joined Damien on the show to talk Waterford, its food, its history and much more. Russ served as the food editor and columnist of the LA Times for more than 25 years before leaving in 2015, taking up residence in Waterford last year.
