There are over 300 Irish soldiers deployed in the Lebanon since last November, who are due to return home in May. However there is now uncertainty over that as the UN has said there should not be a rotation of troops until the end of June. Damien speaks to Mairead Landers Barry from Lismore whose husband is in the Lebanon since November.

Damien also hears from Gerard Guinan, General Secretary of PDFORRA, permanent defence forces representative association which represents interests of enlisted personnel servicing in Army, Naval Service and the Air Corps.

Waterford Green part TD Marc O Cathasaigh talks to Damien about the prospect of the Green Party going into government with Fianna Fail and Fine Gael.

And Ann Nevin from Stradbally tells Damien about a letter she sent to Dr Tony Holohan.

Waterford's inaugural whiskey "Pilgrimage" was due to be launched this Saturday with a public event at Waterford Distillery on the quay. However that has now been postponed until September because of the Coronavirus. We hear from Distillery owner Mark Reynier as well as Ned, the head distiller.
