On todays show Damien Tiernan will speak to Lisa Cantwell from Plush Hair studio about how to manage your hair now that many people are feeling the effects of hair salons and barbers being closed.

But first Damien hears from Arnold Leka from Albania who is a nurse in a Nursing Home in Waterford and has some issues with his accommodation at the moment.

Also Sam Dunne from Treoir, the national federation of services for unmarried parents and their children, has an update on the situation regarding access and custody arrangements during social distancing regulations.

Damien also hears from 2 elderly Waterford residents, Bobby Kennedy from St Saviours and Maria Grant who is in a Respond house, about how they are dealing with cocooning.

In the second part of the show Colm Tiernan, spokesperson for the Irish Association of Funeral Directors, has details on restrictions on funerals.

Rosarie Kealy, sports coordinator with Waterford Area Partnership, talks about the supports they have for people who want to stay fit while stuck at home.
