On Thursday's Déise Today Eamon spoke to Paul Barry, who still believes that public order is still a serious concern in the city, despite top Gardaí calling the city safe. Paul was previously on the show highlighting the major public order problems that he believes are a major deterrent to visit the city centre.

Waterford listener contacted Eamon to us about her story that left "petrified" after she was a confronted by an individual displaying aggressive behaviour on The Quay recently.

Chief Executive Noeline Blackwell of the Dublin Rape Crisis Center, spoke to Eamon about how she criticised former rugby international Willie John Mcbridge for calling for the reinstatement of Stuart Olding and Paddy Jackson after they were not found guilty of rape.

Waterford-born economist updated Eamon on his report for Friends First, which he predicts that despite signs of a slowdown in house price growth, prices will still rise a further 10% this year.

Paul Lennon of the Irish Daily Star reported on the latest sanction being brought to the Waterford United team by the Leauge of Ireland.
