On Friday's Déise Today, Damien was talking to Robert Williams, dream analyst, hypnotist and mentalist from Co. Laois. Robert was on air this morning to talk about dreams, what they say about you and what they are trying to tell you!
Robert says that he understands people that say that his line of work is fake and he says that "I have half a foot in the extraordinary and one foot in the realistic". He doesn't claim to have answers to everything only that a lot of our crazy dreams and thoughts are due to emotions that we may be feeling at that time in our lives!
The text line was full of questions about our listener's dream's and what they mean. A lot of the issues boil down to topics such as anxiety, not feeling comfortable in your current job or life situation and the grief of losing a loved one.
He says that "it is a subject matter that has widespread appeal, irrespective of people's viewpoint."

Apart from that, Friday's Déise Today was a packed show with plenty of discussion.
Damien heard the heartbreaking story of Deirdre Power and her son Adam. Adam as a young boy chocked on a blind cord and nearly died. Deirdre said that "he was completely limp, I never thought that a face could go so blue but his face did... I was in pure shock".
Damien was also chatting to Eoghan Corry, an award-winning travel journalist who was talking about the interesting case of the New Zealand family who were "Live Streamed" in their "Airbnb" while on holiday in Co. Cork!
