On Thursday's Déise Today, Damien was chatting to Gwen, Zoe and Sam McLoughlin.
Zoe suffers from Arthritis and so does Gwen. They were in studio to promote World Young Rheumatic Diseases Day which takes place on Monday, March 18th.
To coincide with this Coffee morning will take place in Kilmacow community Hall from 10 am to 12noon.
Gwen is a volunteer who set up this event and wants more kids to be checked at a young age to see if they do have arthritis. It will also be an Information day about Juvenile arthritis and iCAN- Irish Children’s Arthritis Network.
They say that although Zoe is having a difficult period at the moment, they hope as a family that they can stick together and get through. They wanted to thank everyone who is giving best wishes to the family over this.
