On Tuesday's version of 'Déise Today', Damien was speaking to Rody Keighery, owner of Antiques Ireland, the website of RJ Keighery Antiques Waterford.
Rody was on the show to this morning with Damien to discuss the rates of rent in Waterford City and to talk about his dismay in the fact that the rates for his building in Waterford City, where the rates have gone up by 1,500% for him to which he is absolute shock over.
"I couldn't believe the rate they have gone up, not by 1% or 2%, by 1000%, I couldn't believe it".

Also on Tuesday's show of 'Déise Today', Damien was talking to Joe Healy, president of the 'IFA', this was due to a story that broke this morning about how young farmers will be tied to the land for at least six years if they want the State to subsidise their parents' nursing home fees.
A long-awaited overhaul of the Fair Deal scheme to reduce the burden on farm families and small business owners will be approved today.
The current system sees farm families and small business owners required to set aside 7.5pc of the value of their land annually to fund a place in a nursing home.
Under a plan devised by Minister of State Jim Daly, this will be capped at three years in future. However, to qualify for a 'fairer deal', the farmer/business owner, their partner or nominated family successor must have worked the farm or business for three out of the previous five years.
Also on the show was a chat with now recently retired hurler Brian O'Halloran on his inter-county life and the highs and the lows that come with being a inter-county hurler.
