On Friday's 'Déise Today', Damien was chatting to the director for 'Falcon Real Estate Ireland' to give us an update on the progress on the North Quays development and the expected timeline for the project.
The conversation also delved into how the North Quays will look like in terms of what will happen to certain buildings such as the train station, the footbridge from Ferrybank into the city centre.
Damien also asked Rob about if the there is any chance that Falcon Real Estate would bail on the contract and sell it off to someone else to which Rob replied that "there is no chance of that happening, we are committed to this".
