You've heard of ambulance chasers, but what about those who want the ambulances to chase them?
Featured in the recent edition of the Waterford News And Star, Darren Skelton spoke to members of the ambulance service about some of the more unnecessary calls they have recieved.
Some interesting emergencies include;
A 36 year old man who had arrived home inebriated to find themselves locked oout of their parents house.
A parent who called the ambulance for a child who was 'being bold' and the parent warned the child that "the ambulance men would come and take them away'
A woman with a headache who called an ambulance because she didnt want to disturb her partner to get a lift to the hospital.
A member of the clergy who began to have chest pains in a strip club.
