Louise Moloney talks to Damien Tiernan about the burglary and assault on her mother, 78 year old Nancy on Monday evening. The robbery happened between 5.30pm and 6.30pm in Kilrush on the Dungarvan Cappoquin Road.
Louise is urging people, particularly elderly people living alone, to ensure they have their personal alarms close to them at all times. Gardai in Dungarvan are appealing for information.
