Formerly of Murphy Engineers, Bridge Street, Waterford.

Predeceased by his parents, siblings and wife Alice.

Bill will be sadly missed by his sons Christopher and Bill, daughters Jacinta, Lisa and Emma, his twelve grandchildren Shane, Darragh, Connor, Aaron, Finn, Niall, William, Mark, Ben, Orla, Lorcan and Rohan, his four great-grandchildren Harry, Ruby, Jack and Bill, daughter-in-law, Mary, sons-in-law Garrett and Tim, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May He Rest In Peace

Reposing at his daughter’s residence (Newrath, Ferrybank X91A2K8) Tuesday (14th February) from 5 pm to 7 pm.
House Private at all other times.

Walking from the Grotto in Ferrybank on Wednesday to the Sacred Heart Church, Ferrybank for Mass on arrival at 10 am.

In accordance with Bill's wishes his remains will be donated to science.

No flowers please, donations if desired to the Irish Kidney Association by following the link here.

May i offer my condolences to Bill's family and friends. I knew Bill through a contact from Maurice Kavanagh and i had the great pleasure of interviewing him a couple of times for the short film series on the Cultural Quarter. Bill was a treasure of information and recollection and it was an absolute pleasure to come across him. He had an amazing recall which you will see in the films. Sad to hear of his death
