Who died today (Thursday) peacefully in the gentle care of staff at The Oak Ward,
South East Palliative Care Centre, University Hospital Waterford,
Tommy, deeply mourned and sadly missed by his family Seán, Fiona, David and Michael,
daughter-in-law Mary, son-in-law Richard Walsh,
grandchildren Aoife, Shane, Jack, Katie, Paul, Ríonach and Jennie,
great grandchildren Liam, Aoibhín and Ruby-Mae,
sister Maura Terry, Dungarvan, brothers Frankie, Michael, Terry, and sister Tisha (England),
aunt Annette Geoghegan, sisters-in-law Kathleen Maye and Olive Leahy,
cousins especially Mary McCarthy, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Tommy is predeceased by his wife Delia (née Maye), parents Tommy and Mary,
brothers Tony, Seán, Kevin, Chris and sister Tessie (England).
Tommy will be reposing at his home, 1, McCarthyville on Friday evening, 11th February, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Requiem Mass on Saturday morning, 12th February, at 11 a.m. in St. Augustine's Church, Abbeyside.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.
