Phyllis Lannon (née Veale), late of Dunmore East, formerly of New York and a native of Ballybrack, Co. Waterford, passed away peacefully on the 4th of July 2024 in the presence of her devoted sister Kathleen, her nephew Keith and her niece Aoife, in the tender care of the staff of the Oak Ward, University Hospital Waterford.

Pre-deceased by her husband Eddie. Sadly missed by her stepdaughter Traci and stepson Michael, and their spouses Michael and Michele. Pre-deceased by her brother Edward Joseph Veale. Survived by her brother Maurice Veale and her adoring sisters Kathleen Veale (MMM), Carmel Hennessy, Maura Veale Martin, Cora Moore (Australia), brothers-in-law Richard and Ed, sister-in-law Sinead, and her loving nephews and nieces Bryan, Keith, Aoife, Emma, Orla, Michael, Barry, Siobhan and Finola, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, extended family and many, many friends and wonderful neighbours.

Reposing at Tom Hennessy's Funeral Home, Johnstown, Waterford (X91 FW4A), on Sunday July 14th from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.

Requiem Mass on Monday July 15th at 12 noon in All Saints Church, Newtown, Co. Waterford,

followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
