Who passed peacefully in University Hospital Waterford, surrounded by his loving family, on the 27th of September 2022
Formerly of Riverstown Stores, Tramore and Royal Liver, Waterford City.
Peter was a life long member of Tramore Golf Club. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Predeceased by his loving wife Paula and his brothers Leonard and Kieran.
He will be deeply missed by his loving family Dee and Séamus; his wonderful grandson Peter; his sister Collette and his brother Brendan. He will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews, his grandnieces and grandnephews, all his relatives, his extended family, wonderful neighbours and many friends.

The Burns family wish to thank all the members of medical 5 in UHW and his local medical carers, who cared for Peter with such dignity and respect throughout his short illness.
Peter’s remains will be reposing at Falconer's Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, on Thursday, the 29th of September, from 5 pm to 7 pm.

Peter's Requiem Mass will take place on Friday the 30th of September, at 10 am at The Sacred Heart Church, The Folly.
Following Peter's requiem mass, a private cremation service will take place at 2 pm in the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.
Peter's funeral cortège will be leaving his residence at Cliff Road at approximately 09:30 am, before departing for his Requiem Mass at 10 am, at The Sacred Heart Church, The Folly Waterford City.
