Mrs. Barbara Hickey née Power, John's Hill, Waterford.

Died Sunday 25th September 2022, Peacefully at home.

Predeceased by her loving husband Kevin, son Martin, Ruth's daughter Jane, her sister Marion and brothers Liam and Raymond.

Deeply regretted by her daughters Anne and Ruth, sons Raymond, Stephen, Desmond, Maurice and David, sons-in-law Liam and Fergus, daughters-in-law Birgette, Gail, Muriel, Mireille and Geraldine, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Barbara's funeral will walk from her residence on Thursday (29th September) at 10:30am to Saint John's Church Parnell Street for Requiem mass on arrival at 11:00am, followed by burial immediately afterwards in St. Mary's cemetery, Ballygunner.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs Hickey, as I knew the Hickey family way back as I lived around the corner, Lower Newtown , I knew Desmond , and am now in Liverpool so I read of her passing on the WLR Deaths notice page May she rest in peace .
