Who died on Saturday 23 November 2024

Predeceased by his parents Maura and Paddy and his sister Maria Cheasty

Sadly missed by his loving wife Anne, son Jamie, daughter-in-law Nicola, grandchildren Alfie, Tommy, Bobby and Georgie, brothers Donal, David and sister Anne, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and his wide circle of friends.

Reposing in Thompsons Funeral Home, Barrack Street on Sunday (24th November) at 7.00pm to 8:30pm with vigil prayers and rosary at 8 pm

Requiem Mass on Tuesday (26th November) to Ballybricken Church on arrival at 10.30am followed by private cremation in The Island Crematorium Cork

The family are deeply grateful for the care and support Dermot received from the staff of University Hospital Waterford, palliative care, for all kindness shown.

Family flowers only please donations if desired to Palliative care.
