Passed away peacefully at Clonskeagh Hospital, Dublin
Pre-deceased by his loving wife Una,
Deeply missed by his brothers Frank Hayes, Fr. Patrick Hayes, his sister Anne O’Connell, his wider family of brothers & sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Michael will be sadly missed by all his former colleagues in An Garda Síochána and his Rugby colleagues from Monkstown FC, Dublin.
Michael will be reposing at McCrea’s Funeral Home, Dublin Road, Wicklow Town (A67E003) on Friday 1st December from 5 pm to 7 pm.
Also reposing at Thompson's Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Waterford this Saturday morning 2nd December from 8.45 am with removal at 9.15 am to the Holy Cross Church, Tramore, Waterford arriving for Funeral Mass at 10 am,
followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Michael's funeral cortege will be walking from Lodges corner to the church.
