Who died on Friday 16th August 2024

Predeceased by his parents Edith and Billy, his sister: baby Bridget, son-in-law Denis (Scully).

John will be sadly missed by his loving wife Barbara, his heartbroken daughters Rebecca, Evelyn, Marguerite and BarbaraJean, adored grandchildren Grant, Emma, Shannon, Dylan, Dean, Casey, Alicia, MaryKate and lee, sister Mary, sons-in-law Michael, Bill and Tommy, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May He Rest in Peace

Reposing at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Waterford on Monday (19th August) from 3 pm to 5 pm with vigil prayers and rosary at 4:30 pm.

John’s funeral cortége will be walking from his residence on Tuesday to St Saviours Church, Ballybeg for Mass on arrival at 12 noon followed by private cremation at a later date.

The family would like to thank the Staff in the Oak Ward, University Hospital Waterford for the wonderful, care and support given to John and his family. It was all greatly appreciated.
