John, you were the smartest guy in our class. I have not seen you since our school days. I often wondered where you went. Although I returned to Dungarvan many times, I now know I saw you but never recognised you. I’ve been missing you for a long time. If only I had recognised you. I miss you my friend. The world will miss you too. To describe you as a person, I can only say you were super smart with brains to burn; you were polite and the smartest boy I ever studied with. It’s sad to see you die so young. I hope you are now in heaven and can play with a band up there. Personally, I’ve been missing you with a long time.
