Predeceased by his parents Christy and Moira and sister Mary (Byrne).
John will be deeply missed by his loving wife Maisie, sons Paul, Gary and Gavin, granddaughters Chloe and Ella, sister Anne, brothers Maurice and Martin, Gavin’s partner Roísin, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Thompsons Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Waterford on Wednesday from 3 pm with vigil prayers and rosary at 5pm. Removal at 5:30 pm to St. Paul’s Church. John’s Funeral cortége will be passing the entrance to Norwood and walking from the bank on Fr Gregory Power way en route to the church for reception at 6 pm.
Requiem Mass on Thursday at 10 am followed by burial in Kilbarry Cemetery.
