Joan (Joanie) Power née Dunphy, Late of Coolnacupogue, Tramore, Co. Waterford,
Joanie passed peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Friday the 3rd of May 2024 RIP.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Michael and her brothers Joseph, Micky, Willie and Nicholas.
Joanie will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her loving children Breda, John, Mary, Annette, Joanne, Noeleen, Jackie, Chelley and Mikey; her adoring twenty two grandchildren and twenty five great-grandchildren; her loving sisters Brenda, Mary and Alice; all her nieces and nephews; grand-nieces and grand-nephews; her daughters-in-law and her sons-in-law. She will be greatly missed by all her relatives, extended family wonderful neighbours and many many friends.
May her gentle soul rest in peace.
Joanie will be reposing at Falconer's Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, Co. Waterford on Sunday, the 5th of May, from 3pm to 5pm.
All are welcome.
Joanie's Requiem Mass will take place on Monday, the 6th of May, at 10 am at The Church of the Holy Cross, Tramore, Co. Waterford. Immediately after Joanie will be laid to rest in the adjoining Cemetery. For those who wish to take part in Joanie's Requiem Mass remotely, please follow the link here.
Joanie's funeral cortege will leave her residence at approximately 09:25 and will walk from Tramore Credit Union at approximately 09:45am (weather permitting) to arrive for her Requiem Mass at 10 am.
House strictly private at all times please.
At the Families request, they would ask the people attending the Requiem Mass and Burial on Monday the 6th of the late Mrs Power to please bring if they could a flower from their garden to be laid in Mrs Power's Grave at her burial.
