Members of the Waterford city fire service, and their 72 year old fire engine, braved the bitter cold winds of Storm Ellin last weekend to raise funds for the WLR Christmas Appeal.
Children of all ages got their photo taken in the old engine and with Santa, and donations raised €2,000.
Our thanks as always to the amazing men and women of the fire service who risk their lives every day, and who also went above and beyond to raise money for the needy in Waterford.
