As phase 2 of the government's roadmap to re-opening the country kicks in we speak to Waterford business owners who are opening their doors for the first time in months today. Reporter Eoghan Dalton speaks to Catherine Kavanagh, manager of The Book Centre, as well as some customers. He also meets up with Lisa Kavanagh, owner of No.9 restaurant and Carters Cafe.
