The South East Regional Drug & Alcohol Task Force has launched a three year strategy to tackle drug and alcohol misuse in the South East region. It has six Strategic Objectives, covering areas such as education and early intervention with young people; families and parents; delivering integrated treatment and support for people to sustain recovery; supporting and rebuilding communities affected by drug-related crime and anti-social behaviour; commissioning more and better research on trends in substance misuse and learning to build sound interventions to address these and building an effective partnership approach in the region through South East Regional Drug & Alcohol Task Force.
Damien speaks to Mr Laurence Wrenne, chairperson of the task force and Paul Gough from the HSE about this issue. He also chats to Ricky Ryan from Young Narcotics Anonymous.

Liz Pope, CEO of The Property Registration talks about a free to use service called Property Alert to help prevent and detect potential property fraud. The service allows homeowners to monitor up to three properties on the Land Register. If a transaction is lodged in the Property Registration Authority the user will be notified and they can take action if such an activity is unexpected.
