Sr. Bridget Veale of Franciscan Convent, Ballinasloe, Co Galway, originally from Ballinageeragh, Dunhill, Co Waterford.
Pre-deceased by her parents, Michael and Mary Kate Veale, her siblings Mary Joe, Nellie, Cora, Angela, David, and Margaret Mary, her nephew Peter Murphy and niece Marie Duggan. Survived by her sister, Sr. Kathleen Veale, Good Shepherd Sisters, Waterford, her nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great grandnieces, great grandnephews, extended family, relatives and friends, her Franciscan Missionaries of the Divine Motherhood Sisters and staff of the Franciscan Convent.

Reposing at Franciscan Convent, Ballinasloe (H53 RF84) on Friday 23rd February, 2024 from 3 pm concluding with Evening Prayer at 5 pm.

Burial afterwards in Creagh Cemetery.
A memorial mass will be held in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Dunhill on Sunday 10th March at 9.30 am.
