Seamus Power, Slievekeale Road, Waterford.

Who died on Friday 27th September 2024.

Formerly of Children’s Group Link and The Legion of Mary.

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Bridget and his brother Sean.

Seamus passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, in the wonderful care of the staff of the Oak Ward, University Hospital Waterford.

He will be sadly missed by his loving sister Maura, brother Michael, brother-in-law Jim, his niece, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Thompson's Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Waterford on Saturday (28th September) from 7 pm to 8.30 pm with Vigil Prayers and Rosary at 8 pm.

Seamus’s funeral cortége will walk from the funeral home on Sunday (29th September) to The Holy Family Church, Luke Wadding Street, for Mass on arrival at 11:00 am followed by burial in Ballybricken Church Cemetery.
Mass will be live streamed from 11 am by following the Funeral Service Link below:

His funeral cortege will be driving past his residence en-route to the cemetery.

House Private at all times please.

It was with great sorrow that l learnt of the passing of Séamus, he was always willing to help in what ever way he could and we often had long talks together. A very kind soul was Séamus and he will be so greatly missed. Rest in peace my friend till we meet again.
