Patrick Riordan R.I.P., Late of West Town, Tramore,

Passed peacefully on Wednesday 23rd of February

He will be deeply missed by all his loving brothers Michael Jim sisters Alice and Johanna
Son Jason and daughter Sharon and all the nieces and nephews,
grandchildren and all his extended family, neighbours and friends.

Patrick’s (Pat’s) remains will be reposing at Falconer's Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore,

on Thursday the 24th of February , from 5 pm to 6pm.

For those who wish to participate remotely at Patrick’s reposal, please follow the link for Falconer's Funeral Home livestream.

Patrick's (Pat’s) Requiem Mass will take place on Friday, 25th of February, at 11.30 am

at the Holy Cross Church, Tramore.

Burial immediately afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
