Monty passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the exceptional care of the all the staff in the Oak Ward,
in University Hospital Waterford,
on Thursday the 10th of August 2023 RIP.
Monty will be sadly missed by his beloved and heartbroken wife Kitty; his loving children Karen, Mark and Adrian; his adoring grandchildren David, Aisling, Kane, Tierna, Caitriona, Cuilean, Elizabeth and Fionn; his daughters-in-law Rachel and Jennifer his loving sister Ger and his brothers Ned and Wattie. Monty will be sadly missed by all his nieces and nephews all his extended family, relatives, neighbours, his many friends, and all who knew him.

Monty’s remains will be reposing at Falconer's Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, on Sunday, the 13th of August, from 4 pm to 6 pm. For those who wish to participate remotely at Monty's Reposal, please follow the link below:

A private Cremation Service will be held in the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork at 3 pm on Monday the 14th of August.
Monty's funeral cortège will walk (Weather Permitting) from his residence in Sweetbriar Lawn at approximately 9:40am to the Holy Cross Church, Tramore, for his Requiem Mass at 10 am.
