Predeceased by his loving wife Ann who died on the 7th of December 2023. His parents Michael and Annie, brothers Thomas, James (UK), Paddy (UK), Bob, Peter, Joe and Dick (Cork).

Michael died peacefully in the University Hospital Waterford surrounded by his loving family.

He will be sadly missed by his daughter Annmarie, sons Thomas, Gerard and Oliver, his grandchildren Ciara, Jack, Nicola, Grace, Aidan, James, Jay and Daniel, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Thompsons Funeral Home, Barrack Street on Tuesday (19th December) from 7 pm to 8:30 pm with vigil prayers at 8 pm.

Walking from his residence on Wednesday (weather permitting) en route to St Paul’s Church, Lisduggan for Mass on arrival at 10 am followed by burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ballygunner.
