Michael passed peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff of the Oak Ward, Dunmore Wing in University Hospital Waterford,
on Tuesday the 20th of June 2023.
Michael is predeceased by his beloved wife Marie.
He will be sadly missed by his loving daughters Susan, Helen and Ruth; adoring grandchildren Rachel, Sophie and Luca Michael; sons-in-law Ulric and Brian; and his nieces and nephews. Michael will be sadly missed by all his extended family, relatives, neighbours, his many friends, and all who knew him.

Michael's family would like to acknowledge and give thanks to all the staff in the Bon Secours Hospital Cork, for the exceptional treatment he was afforded during his illness.
Michael’s remains will be reposing at Falconer's Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, on Friday, the 23rd of June, from 5:30 pm to 7 pm.
Michael's Requiem Mass will take place on Saturday the 24th of June, at 11:30 am at the Holy Cross Church, Tramore, with burial immediately afterwards in St. Declan's Cemetery.
