Who died on Friday, 4th October.
Marie passed away peacefully in the tender care of staff at The Oak Ward, Dunmore Wing, Waterford Hospice, surrounded by her loving family.
Predeceased by her husband Mike Jennings, parents Peter and Mai Shine and brother Michael Fanning.
Marie is deeply mourned and sadly missed by her husband Brian and his daughters and son Karina, Keva and Keith, also their husbands and wife and their children. Brothers Jim, Peter and Pat, sisters Vera and Rita, brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, extended family and friends.
Marie will be reposing at The Kiely Funeral Home, Wolfe Tone Road, Dungarvan X35 XN79 on Wednesday evening, 9th October from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Requiem Mass on Thursday morning, 10th October, at 11 a.m. in St. Augustine's Church, Friar's Walk, Abbeyside, X35 N523. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
