Joe passed away peacefully in the tender care of the staff at The Oak Ward, University Hospital Waterford.
Predeceased by his parents John Joe and Nan Cummins and his brother John.

Joe is deeply mourned by his wife Margaret (nee Kiely), son David, daughters Gerardine Keating and Josephine (Joan) Kohli, sons-in-law Michael Keating and Kevin Kohli, granddaughter Meadhbh Keating, grandson Seán Keating, brothers Laurence, Mark and Tomás, sisters Onra Fennell and Marie Hanley, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, great-grandnephews, great-grandnieces, relatives and friends.

Joe will be reposing at The Kiely Funeral Home, Dungarvan on Sunday, 6th October, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with Prayers at 6.30 p.m. Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. on Monday, 7th October, in St. Mary's Parish Church, Dungarvan. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
