Patsy Whelan (Holliman)

Condolences to Jim’s family and the so many relatives and friends. Jim was my first cousin (our fathers were Jimmy and Mikey Whelan. Jim spent a holiday with us in London and we enjoyed our time together as well as visits to Ireland. His brother, Donal, also spent time with us when he moved from Tramore. He was very easygoing and we enjoyed his musical talents. I believe my mum gave Jim my dad’s golf clubs after he died. I heard Jim was quite a talented golfer; I have to admit that we lost touch as I moved to California and I got family updates from my mum so she passed in 2012. Once again i send my best wishes to Jim’s immediate family whom I’m sure are grieving his loss. I’m grateful that I have fond memories of Jim and I wanted to share with the Whelan family.
