James (Jim) Fitzgerald, The Folly, Waterford.

Who died on Friday 5th July 2024

Late of the ESB.

Predeceased by his parents May and Joe, his brothers Andy, Joe and Pat, his brother-in-law Dennis (Sinnott) and son-in-law Owen (Lloyd)

Jim died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of Mary, treasured father of Brian, Eoin, Jim, Katherine, Una and David, grandchildren Criostoir, Enya, Niamh, Ciara, Liam, Daisy and David, daughters-in-law Laura, Carmel and Malena, son-in-law Daniel.

Loved and remembered by his sisters Maura, Lena, Una and Anne, his brother Maurice, brothers-in-law Bobby, Terry and Matt, sisters-in-law Vera and Betty, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May He Rest in Peace

Reposing at his residence on Monday (8th July) from 4 pm to 7 pm.

House Private outside of reposing times please.

Walking from his residence on Tuesday to the Sacred Heart Church, The Folly for Mass on arrival at 12 noon followed by burial in St. Mary’s cemetery, Ballygunner.

Mass will be live streamed at 12 noon by following the Service Link

We are so sorry to hear of Jim's passing . He was a great friend of our uncle Paddy Dalton . They worked together in the ESB many years ago . I know Paddy thought an awful lot of Jim . Deepest condolences to all of the Jim's family .
