Eamonn J. Balfe, Ardkeen Village, Waterford.

Who died on Wednesday 21st August 2024

Formerly of Claremorris, Co. Mayo.

Predeceased by daughter Bern and brother Seanie.

He died peacefully after a long and full life.

He will be deeply missed by loving wife Áine, children Mary, Anne, Tricia, Carmel, John and Nora, grandchildren Cian, Aisling, Neil, Emi, Luke, Miles, Paddy and Laurie, great-grandchildren Gwenllian, Llewela and Mair, siblings Maura, Ethel, Anne, Noreen and Liam, partners and extended family, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Mass on Saturday (24th August) in St. Mary’s Church, Ballygunner at 12 noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Mass will be live streamed from 12 noon by following the Service Link 

House Private Please.

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to St. Francis Hospice whose staff took such good care of him in his last days.

We are so sad to lose his company and our dearly loved hero.
