Who died on Saturday 27th January 2024

Predeceased by his loving wife Peggy, daughter Susan, parents, brothers and sister.

Billy will be sadly missed by daughters Margaret and Laura, granddaughters Lisa, Nicola, Jennifer and Pamela, great-granddaughters Rebecca, Grace and Chloe, sons-in-law Mick, Kieran and Kenny, sister Alice (Sr Catherine), brothers Tony and Danny, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Billy Rest in Peace

Reposing at Thompsons Funeral Home, Barrack Street on Monday from 3 pm to 5 pm (29th January) with vigil prayers and rosary at 4:30 pm. Removal at 5 pm and walking from Ballytruckle Green for reception into the Sacred Heart Church, The Folly.

Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 1 pm followed by burial in St. Otteran’s Cemetery.

Mass will be live streamed at 1 pm by following the funeral service link here

The Brown family would like to thank all the carers at his residence and also the staff at Medical 2 in the University Hospital Waterford for their wonderful kindness and care they showed to Billy.

So sorry to hear of Billy's death I will remember him best when i brought Buddy for a waĺk passing the house and saying hello to him. As he was sitting on the chair outside .he always had a word to say to you. A real gentleman. May he rest in peace
