Bernard Walsh
Late of Roselawn, Tramore, Co. Waterford, formerly of Milltown. Dublin City.
Bernard passed peacefully at University Hospital Waterford surrounded by his loving family
on Sunday the 4th of August 2024 RIP.
He is predeceased by his loving parents Joseph and Mary and his beloved grand-daughters Gemma and Amy.
Bernard will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken wife Maudie, his loving children Ben, Barry, Andrew and Paula, his adoring grandchildren Michelle, Emma, Jennifer, Shane, Ciara, Rachel, Sean and David; great-grandchildren Saoirse, Aoife, Rosin and Liam; daughters-in-law Noreen, Trish and Eileen; son-in-law Kevin; his brothers Noel, Dermot and Stephen and their respective wives. He will be forever missed by all his nieces and nephews, relatives, extended family, wonderful neighbours and many many friends.
The Walsh family would like to thank with great appreciation all the staff in the Cedar Ward in University Hospital Waterford, for the tender and loving care Bernard received throughout his illness.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Bernard will be reposing at Falconer's Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, Co. Waterford on Wednesday, the 7th of August, from 6pm to 8pm.
All are welcome.
Bernard's Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday, the 8th of August, at 10 am at The Church of the Holy Cross, Tramore, Co. Waterford. Immediately after Bernard will be laid to rest in the Fenor cemetery.

Bernard's Funeral cortege will walk from Tramore Credit Union at approximately 09:45am (weather permitting) to arrive for his Requiem Mass at 10 am.
At the conclusion of Bernard's Mass his cortege will pass the entrance to Roselawn at approximately 11am enroute to Fenor for his interment.
